Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately collect, reconcile, and record customer receivables and payments on a daily basis.
  • •Follow up with customers on outstanding receivables and resolve payments in the A/R Suspense account.
  • •Own financial reconciliation data and reporting, including producing comprehensive, real-time payment health and risk metrics.
  • •Monitor inboxes and respond to internal and external stakeholders regarding invoices and payments.
  • •Reduce operational exceptions by improving controls, maintaining procedures, and partnering with Finance, Operations, Product, and Business to streamline processes and drive automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 110,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of Financial Services experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, Finance, or a combination.
  • •Experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • •Experience with an ERP-based accounting system and strong accounting principles, including multinational and multi-currency/intercompany flows.
