Senior Technician, Plasma

Operate and maintain plasma spray equipment and automated systems, including extension guns and robotic plasma systems. Identify blasting and plasma materials, set up required conditions, and run plasma spray processes on complex parts. Troubleshoot and test defects across the plasma spray system (including extension guns, powder feed units, and robotic systems) while following safety, quality standards, and regulatory procedures. Perform other assigned duties from the immediate supervisor.
