Key Responsibilities

  • •Define department-wide quality standards, testing methodologies, and release governance processes.
  • •Translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into functional test cases covering positive, negative, and regression scenarios.
  • •Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and infrastructure.
  • •Execute test plans, report defects with traceability to business requirements/stories, and support resolution of production issues with root cause analysis and replication.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on backlog enhancements and iterative release cycles; mentor QA engineers and champion a culture of quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and test automation.
  • •Experience designing automation frameworks for large-scale enterprise platforms like Salesforce (Apex, custom objects, and managed packages).
  • •Experience with API testing and validating system integrations with external platforms.
  • •Experience validating distributed, highly available AWS architectures and security compliance; HL7/FHIR architecture and compliance testing is a strong plus.
