Job Summary

Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads, uncover enterprise customer pain points, and craft technical solutions that drive business outcomes. Lead end-to-end enterprise engagements from pre-sales solutioning through project implementation, including demos, RFI/RFPs, architecture workshops, and POC delivery. Act as a trusted advisor to product teams, providing thought leadership across GenAI and/or cloud to shape the product roadmap, and support post-sales solutioning to enable upsell and cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
•Lead enterprise client engagement lifecycle end-to-end, from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
•Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with product teams, articulating feature requests to shape short- and long-term product roadmaps.
•Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge with deep understanding across GenAI and/or cloud products.
•Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell with account executives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above.
•At least 5 years of related experience, preferably as a solution architect or in pre-sales solution engineering.
•Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, including explaining relevant past projects in technical interviews.
•Product experience in GenAI or Public Cloud or Edge Network (CDN) is preferred.
•Experience working with large enterprise clients in verticals such as Retail, Media, Entertainment, or Gaming is preferred.
