Job Summary

Serve as a direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor and display equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues, then perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Coordinate closely with customers and senior engineers, and train/mentor junior field service engineers while meeting on-site safety and environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

•Completion of an Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification.
•4-7 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry or other equipment support industry (required).
•Strong mechanical aptitude with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, and/or thermodynamics.
•Strong working knowledge of hand tools, including appropriate use of digital multimeters.
•Effective written and verbal communication, plus basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
