Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and execute system-level test/validation plans for RF systems across development programmes, ensuring traceability to requirements
  • •Plan and conduct test activities for prototype and development systems in lab and field environments, capturing evidence and feeding results back into design decisions
  • •Validate complete systems (hardware, RF, software, mechanical) and confirm readiness at key development stages with system pod leads
  • •Develop and improve test methods, rigs, fixtures, and procedures to enable repeatable validation and efficient testing
  • •Produce clear test documentation (plans, procedures, reports, defect records) to support reviews, sign-off, and NPI handover

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
  • •Experience in test, validation, systems test, or integration of RF or electronics-based systems
  • •Experience planning and executing lab and/or field-based test activities
  • •Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues using structured investigation methods
  • •Experience with environmental, EMC, MIL-STD, DEF-STAN, or similar qualification activity is advantageous
