Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in planning outage management strategy, scope, resources, manpower, spare parts, and QA plan up to 18 months ahead.
  • •Conduct pre-outage studies by reviewing technical details, OEM recommendations, equipment history, interconnections, root causes, and operating conditions.
  • •Support end-to-end outage execution by monitoring progress, managing stakeholders/service providers, and ensuring work meets HSSE and quality standards.
  • •Arrange issuance of spare parts, consumables, tools, and permits/work authorizations ahead of execution; update schedules and lead daily outage coordination meetings.
  • •Develop final outage reporting and serve as a technical center of expertise for critical equipment (gas/steam turbines), sharing know-how and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •10+ years’ experience in Operations and Maintenance of large power plants.
  • •Outage execution experience with OEM is a plus.
  • •Experience managing at least one outage of steam/gas turbines.
  • •Coach and develop team members on key technical areas.
