Sr Rep Account Revisions-Finance

Connect with customers over the phone to resolve title concerns, auto and lease contract changes, and affidavits. Research payments, analyze documents, and manage account revisions while maintaining accuracy, first-contact resolution, and strict confidentiality. Update systems of record and complete back-office administration, including Recoveries/Account Revisions. Independently handle complex and escalated customer service cases, contribute to process improvements, and support coaching/training for new team members.
