Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the client success strategy and own measurable client outcomes and value realization across a portfolio in North America.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end post-sale client journey, including onboarding, implementation, operational support, optimization, and pre-renewal activities.
  • •Establish client health/satisfaction/adoption/performance measures (including NPS and operational indicators) and set/track relevant OKRs.
  • •Serve as the senior escalation point for high-impact issues and major incidents, driving coordinated, timely resolution.
  • •Build and lead high-performing teams and align cross-functional partners to deliver integrated client outcomes while advancing client success transformation.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD.
  • •15+ years of experience in payments, financial services, technology, consulting, or a related industry.
  • •10+ years of people leadership experience, including responsibility for leaders and geographically dispersed teams.
  • •Deep knowledge of payments and financial institution operations (issuer processing, authorization, clearing, connectivity, settlement).
  • •Demonstrated ability leading executive client relationships, influencing C-suite stakeholders, and resolving complex cross-functional issues in a matrixed organization.
