Partner with branch staff to uncover client needs and deliver tailored investment and insurance solutions aligned to clients’ short- and long-term goals. Own personal production goals and customer service objectives for assigned branches or book of business, and coach branch teams on customer profiling. Provide ongoing training and sales support, and collaborate across lines of business (e.g., Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank) to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet personal production goals and customer service objectives for assigned branches and/or book of business.
•Provide investment and insurance solutions using comprehensive financial planning across assets, goals, time horizons, and risk tolerance.
•Coach branch staff regularly to profile customers and recommend appropriate short- and long-term solutions.
•Deliver ongoing training and sales support to assigned branches to improve customer experience for customers and prospective customers.
•Partner across lines of business (Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, etc.) to provide clients best-fit solutions for their needs.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•Minimum of 1 year of investment sales experience.
•Hold Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65/66 licenses, plus Life and Health licenses.
•Bachelor’s Degree.
•At least 2-3 years of experience in an investments area.
