Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in transformation and change projects for an international engineering function.
  • •Assist in creation, preparation, and documentation of workshops, events, and roadshows for leadership and engineering teams.
  • •Support team communication with creative formats (e.g., podcasts).
  • •Contribute to analyzing the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and identifying gaps.
  • •Support in operational and administrative tasks, including creation of inspiring presentations.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled as a full-time student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Work & Organizational Psychology, Human Resource, or a comparable program.
  • •Knowledge of, and ideally experience with, G Suite applications and Artificial Intelligence.
  • •Ideally, knowledge of and experience with Change Management.
  • •Strong interest in digital technologies and their application, with the ability to work independently.
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a strong advantage.
