Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Construction Manager / Site Construction Lead and oversee electrical construction activities on a major EPCM refinery project.
  • •Ensure contractors follow the HSES policy, site regulations, permit-to-work procedures, and client requirements.
  • •Supervise and coordinate electrical construction including cable tray/conduit installation, power/control cabling, grounding, lighting, substations, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and electrical equipment installation.
  • •Monitor progress and ensure activities complete per approved schedules, quality requirements, and project objectives; conduct site inspections, surveillance, walk-downs, punch listing.
  • •Review/support construction methodologies, Method Statements, JSA, and Risk Assessments; support testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning; resolve construction issues and technical queries.

Key Requirements

  • •Thai Nationals only and must have the legal right to work in Thailand.
  • •Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant electrical construction experience, including electrical installation activities.
  • •Experience on live plant and greenfield/brownfield/turnaround/shutdown/revamp projects in industrial facilities.
  • •Strong electrical construction knowledge (drawings, specifications, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, layouts, and quality requirements) plus experience supervising transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and power distribution systems.
