Job Summary

Build and prototype AI-driven value solutions for strategic customers using the Celonis Process Intelligence (PI) platform and leading AI/ML partners. Partner with customers to understand AI strategy and business-critical challenges, run proof-of-value projects, and communicate quantified ROI to executives. As part of the 12-month Orbit Graduate program, you’ll join the global Value Engineering Center of Excellence, develop technical skills (SQL/PQL/Python), and help drive adoption and value realization at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges, translating requirements into AI/PI solutions and matching problems to solution approaches.
•Prototype and build creative prototypes in customer hackathons using cutting-edge AI technologies.
•Deliver end-to-end proof-of-value projects that align solutions with customers’ AI strategy and drive measurable value realization and adoption.
•Support agentic process transformation by enabling customers to achieve real ROI from AI deployments at scale using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
•Present and quantify strategic business value for senior executives and contribute reusable collateral, best practices, and tools to the Value Engineering Center of Excellence.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
•Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
•Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
•Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
•Fluency in German and English (must).
