Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges, translating requirements into AI/PI solutions and matching problems to solution approaches.
  • •Prototype and build creative prototypes in customer hackathons using cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • •Deliver end-to-end proof-of-value projects that align solutions with customers’ AI strategy and drive measurable value realization and adoption.
  • •Support agentic process transformation by enabling customers to achieve real ROI from AI deployments at scale using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
  • •Present and quantify strategic business value for senior executives and contribute reusable collateral, best practices, and tools to the Value Engineering Center of Excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
  • •Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
  • •Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
  • •Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
  • •Fluency in German and English (must).
