Job Summary

Own a portfolio of strategic projects for dnata Cargo from initiation through successful delivery and adoption. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, build project plans and resource allocations, and lead diverse cross-functional teams. Drive business process improvements with change management, manage risks and interdependencies, quantify business value, and report progress to enable management decisions. Act as an SME to support, coach, and develop others.

•Manage a dynamic portfolio of projects across Emirates Group from inception through implementation and adoption.
•Manage strategic business projects in compliance with departmental and corporate PMO guidelines.
•Break down priorities into project plans, assess effort, and assign resources accordingly.
•Lead and motivate diverse, cross-functional team members; assess performance and coach/support them.
•Develop change management plans, manage project risks, and quantify business value using standard financial tools.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of experience in project management, business improvement or productivity, management consultancy or technology.

•Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma (a plus).
•Ability to facilitate dialogue and influence a range of stakeholders, including senior executives.
