Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble clutch components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies from specification sheets, drawings, and work instructions
  • •Cross-train and operate multiple assembly stations, working around automated and Co-Bot cells
  • •Adhere to safety and quality procedures, and company policies and guidelines
  • •Perform quality inspections and acceptance checks within quality and quantity standards
  • •Maintain personal and team work-area housekeeping and support departmental 5S/Lean initiatives, including minor/preventive maintenance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.59 - 26.21 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • •Previous manufacturing assembly experience
  • •Relocate assistance is not available; only candidates in the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius) will be considered
  • •Lift up to 35 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with extended standing and frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and stooping
  • •Ability to work night shift (Monday through Friday) and support scheduled overtime as needed
