Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop an organization of engineering managers, software engineers, and quality engineers focused on test infrastructure, automation, and product-quality validation.
  • •Define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for quality engineering and shared testing platforms.
  • •Build scalable self-service test infrastructure, including frameworks, environments, test data, simulators, and CI/CD integrations.
  • •Establish measurable quality outcomes (e.g., escaped-regression rates, automated coverage, reliability, time to signal, and release confidence).
  • •Drive shift-left quality and partner with engineering and product leaders to improve coverage, reduce flakiness, enable exploratory/manual testing, and introduce AI-assisted test and failure analysis capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering, developer infrastructure, test engineering, or quality engineering experience.
  • •5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing other managers and leading organizations with managers and senior ICs.
  • •Proven ability to build and scale shared test infrastructure, automation frameworks, developer platforms, or quality systems adopted by multiple teams.
  • •Deep knowledge of modern testing strategies across unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, reliability, and distributed backend systems.
