  • •Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and safe handling of food and cash procedures.
  • •Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and inventory reconciliation.
  • •Manage home delivery operations, including driver coordination and customer issue resolution.
  • •Review orders for budget alignment and stock requirements while leading team rostering and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in a hospitality-related field.
  • •Proven understanding of profit and loss and ability to manage costs to ensure profitability.
  • •Ability to forecast daily, weekly and monthly revenue and product forecasts.
