Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain inventory by following procedures to exchange, repair, requisition, stock, and retrieve tools and materials in serviceable condition.
  • •Receive, pack/unpack, load/unload, and prepare parts and materials for shipment, including hazardous materials packaging instructions.
  • •Perform inventory counts and verify items against requisitions/forms; identify discrepancies and place items in a special action holding area (SAD).
  • •Operate storage and warehouse equipment (including forklift) safely and use PPE while sorting/salvaging non-serviceable items.
  • •Complete required paperwork and reports; coordinate with crew chief/supervisors, exchange information with inventory records, and support audits as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Valid driver's license and ability to read, write, and speak English fluently and legibly complete forms.
  • •12+ months of acceptable warehouse/supply experience involving receiving, shipping, and binning parts by parts and serial number, or two years of college or a trade/technical certificate.
  • •Successful completion of qualifying tests, including hazardous material handling.
  • •Ability to meet FAA criminal background checks for unescorted SIDA access and secure appropriate airport authority/US Customs badges; pass DOT drug and alcohol testing.
