Key Responsibilities

•Manage contracting needs for various shared service departments in the organization
•Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse set of contracts
•Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Legal to facilitate contract approvals and signatures
•Brief management on budgetary matters
•Lead daily and monthly administrative tasks such as Purchase Order (PO) and vendor invoice management
•Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries
•Assist in analysis of month-end performance to budget
•Provide data management and analytical support between Shared Service and Finance departments

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 51,044 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Three (3) years of progressive accounting experience
•Experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis and/or financial analysis
•Advanced Excel and ERP experience, specifically NetSuite
•Ability to manage confidential information with high integrity and discretion
•Strong communication skills
