Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage contracting needs for various shared service departments in the organization
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse set of contracts
  • •Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Legal to facilitate contract approvals and signatures
  • •Brief management on budgetary matters
  • •Lead daily and monthly administrative tasks such as Purchase Order (PO) and vendor invoice management
  • •Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries
  • •Assist in analysis of month-end performance to budget
  • •Provide data management and analytical support between Shared Service and Finance departments

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 51,044 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Three (3) years of progressive accounting experience
  • •Experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis and/or financial analysis
  • •Advanced Excel and ERP experience, specifically NetSuite
  • •Ability to manage confidential information with high integrity and discretion
  • •Strong communication skills
