Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commissioning technical leadership for the region and lead all phases of comprehensive design through post-occupancy commissioning.
  • •Lead development of commissioning specifications, commissioning plan, procedures, and content, and act as Lead Quality Control Verifier for commissioning procedures.
  • •Interface with clients on schedules, meetings and issues; manage client expectations and advise senior management of project status.
  • •Lead or contribute to commissioning proposal development, including technical approach and pricing; participate in short-list interviews as subject matter expert.
  • •Develop and mentor junior to senior staff, approve timesheets, manage leave, monitor performance and progress toward goals.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Demonstrated track record in managing the delivery of large, complex, multi-disciplined institutional projects
  • •Demonstrated track record in winning new work from both new and existing clients
  • •US citizenship is required
  • •BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
