Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive commercial impact by identifying and prioritising data science opportunities and measuring projects by bottom-line contribution and strategic alignment.
  • •Lead people and culture for data science, including goals, performance/development conversations, and keeping the team engaged.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership by setting and holding a consistent bar on technical standards across the modelling and data lifecycle.
  • •Represent data science in cross-functional conversations, partnering with engineering, product, and pricing on technical direction and trade-offs.
  • •Build collective ownership of technical standards across Data Science by coaching beyond individual domains and improving shared tooling and best practices.
