Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for AI and software products.
  • •Develop and manage cloud infrastructure and operate/optimize environments for AI training, deployment, and monitoring workloads.
  • •Build and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for platform reliability and performance.
  • •Enforce DevSecOps practices so pipelines and infrastructure meet Allianz security and regulatory standards.
  • •Automate repetitive operational tasks, participate in on-call rotations, and lead incident response and root-cause analysis; maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
  • •Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for AI and software products.
  • •Hands-on Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) and strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi-cloud a plus).
  • •Expert-level Docker and Kubernetes knowledge (including Helm and Kustomize) and experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK stack.
  • •Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash or equivalent) and DevSecOps knowledge including secrets management (e.g., Vault, AWS Secrets Manager) and vulnerability scanning.
