Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the team in achieving goals, contributing to design, architecture, development, quality and production deployment of the team’s systems.
  • •Design and implement robust, scalable backend solutions for complex scenarios that may be consumed by other teams.
  • •Collaborate effectively with Product, Design/UX, DevOps and other R&D teams, representing the team as needed.
  • •Maintain and improve the team’s engineering practices, suggesting and implementing technology, patterns or process enhancements.
  • •Monitor production systems, investigate issues and lead efforts to resolve critical production challenges with a customer-centric approach.

Key Requirements

  • •6-10 years in backend software engineering roles with the ability to navigate technical trade-offs and ambiguity.
