Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage end-to-end air freight import operations, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency.
  • •Develop and strengthen business relationships within the DP World network and with overseas agents.
  • •Create and implement air freight consolidation solutions (including consol shipments and MAWB/HAWB structures) to optimize cost and efficiency.
  • •Take ownership of pricing, purchasing, and supplier negotiations to deliver competitive and sustainable solutions.
  • •Collaborate closely with the sales team, contributing to business development and actively supporting field sales activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in air freight import operations with end-to-end process understanding.
  • •Solid knowledge of IATA regulations, airline operations, and international air freight procedures.
  • •Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
