Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a high-quality offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes with legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including separations, negotiations, and administrative hearings.
  • •Draft and administer termination documents and supplementary materials while maintaining employee records in line with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS and coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits) while supporting employee relations cases and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR expertise across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
