Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding the impact on clients day-to-day needs.
  • •Listen for clues to financial wellness opportunities in in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; leverage leads, appointments, walk-ins, and professional contacts to reach sales and referral targets.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including assisting on the Teller line as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience developing relationships with customers, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
