Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily CARC paint operations for Patriot ground support equipment to military standards.
  • •Prepare paint spraying facilities and surfaces; remove old paint and lay primer.
  • •Spray CARC paint on Air Defense Forces systems equipment and associated elements.
  • •Apply putties and finishing/body works as needed to support coating results.
  • •Implement corrosion/process control and ensure finishing processes and materials treatment align with Raytheon standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Painting and Body Works from an accredited college/institute or a high school certificate with courses in Painting and Body Works.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience using paint ovens, sandblasting devices, and CARC coatings.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency operating commercial blast equipment for aluminum and steel surface preparation.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency operating commercial paint equipment for pre-treatment, primers, and CARC paint application.
  • •Strict compliance with safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
