Job Summary

Lead day-to-day production support for digital applications, driving stability, problem management, and continuous improvement. Provide technical leadership to oversee incident, change, and problem processes, maintain monitoring and performance tuning, and ensure reliable operations. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot complex issues, plan release readiness and configuration changes, and maintain KPIs and service improvement recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, prioritize, and manage the workload of the Digital Application Support team.
•Own and manage the Problem Management process, including root-cause analysis and long-term remediation.
•Contribute to planning for application/infrastructure releases, configuration changes, and deployment readiness.
•Maintain application monitoring, performance tuning, and ongoing testing to support secure, reliable production environments.
•Provide 3rd-line application support for complex internally and externally developed applications while troubleshooting with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•8+ years of experience leading and working with application support teams.
•Experience monitoring performance metrics, identifying root causes, and recommending technical solutions.
•Strong experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
•Hands-on experience with ITSM tools; 8+ years supporting serverless applications built on Node.js (additional details beyond basics).
