Key Responsibilities

  • •Set productivity goals aligned to operations/output measures, implement process improvements/lean methodologies, and drive productivity and EBIT savings.
  • •Monitor and analyze operational KPIs via Line/FU/Weekly/Montly DDS and prepare MMR/MORR reports; identify bottlenecks and lead corrective actions.
  • •Establish quality standards and conduct quality BOS reviews and shop-floor audits; improve on-line quality control to reduce defects and rework.
  • •Develop and manage operational/project budgets, implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize manpower for production and maintenance efficiency.
  • •Enforce EHS standards, lead safety sessions and 6S audits, investigate incidents, and participate in production scheduling, inventory/material handling coordination, and regional rollouts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with proven leadership and operational management.
  • •Strong packaging industry background, preferably with experience in gravure and offset printing.
  • •Demonstrated expertise driving continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
  • •Advanced change management skills with a proactive, strategic mindset and strong communication/integrity.
