Job Summary

Support ODNI Response Operations Center (ROC) watch functions by providing 24/7 information sharing, communications, and reporting with two-person teams. Develop ROC routine and incident response procedures, job aids, and checklists; draft daily and event-driven situational awareness reports. Help maintain ROC readiness, support continuity and crisis operations transitions, participate in after-action reviews, and assist incident response and asset management activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist ODNI ROC capabilities, including continuous information sharing, knowledge management, communications, and reporting within 24/7 two-person teams.
•Provide staff proficient in continuity communications platforms required by Office of Management and Budget/OSTP Directive D-16-1.
•Develop ROC routine and incident response procedures, job aids/checklists, daily situation reports, and Watch Officer internal training.
•Conduct alert notification and support transitions to crisis team operations and processes as required.
•Draft daily and event-driven situational awareness reports and support continuity/incident response, including asset management and after-action reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years (or commensurate experience).
•Clearance required: TS/SCI CI Poly.
•Minimum 5 years direct intelligence analysis experience.
•Experience in a completion based/deliverables-based contract.
•Proficiency supporting ODNI ROC continuity communications and incident response procedures.
