Certified Trainer

Train and coach hourly employees on material handling techniques and safe, high-quality job performance within the distribution center. Spend most of your time on the floor observing work methods, correcting and retraining employees as needed, and scheduling targeted training based on documented needs. Maintain tracking documents to identify trends and support continuous improvement, and step in to complete or delegate key responsibilities when supervisors or key personnel are unavailable.
