Vehicle Transporter Travel Trainer

Develop and deliver onboarding for new vehicle transporter drivers, ensuring they are up to speed on Carvana policies and safe driving. Train hires over a one-week period on maneuvering, maintaining, and operating car trailers and other logistics equipment through classroom and hands-on instruction. Coach and mentor trainees, using skills matrices and evaluation checklists to support knowledge transfer, and coordinate with Logistics Managers to transition drivers to on-the-job work.
