Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers and refer customers internally to meet needs and deepen relationships.
  • •Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • •Use available tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
  • •Maintain product and policy knowledge and educate the team on products, services, technology, and policies.
  • •Oversee branch operations end-to-end, adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
  • •Demonstrated acumen in banking and financial services, including investments and consumer and business lending.
  • •Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products and the ability to educate a team on products, services, technology, and policies.
  • •Exempt status for overtime eligibility and ability to meet additional background check requirements, including fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
