Key Responsibilities

  • •Own treatment design and dosage optimization, including fluid volume, concentration, carrier fluid, injection rate, pressure limits, shut-in duration, and flowback strategy.
  • •Characterize reaction kinetics and penetration depth to size treatments and manage precipitation and formation-damage risk.
  • •Validate mechanisms of product performance by testing competing hypotheses and defining evidence requirements and technical kill criteria.
  • •Design placement and diversion strategies for full interval coverage across standalone and frac-integrated deployments.
  • •Define the lab validation program, supervise field execution on location, and lead post-job evaluation including flowback chemistry interpretation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (advanced degree welcome).
  • •8+ years of hands-on stimulation or acidizing experience with personal, end-to-end ownership of treatment designs and outcomes.
  • •Production enhancement experience across multiple basins.
  • •Technical depth in matrix acidizing, reaction kinetics, placement and diversion, and precipitation/formation damage.
  • •Experience specifying or interpreting coreflood and rock-fluid interaction testing.
