Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate SCC/PEP classification for new-to-bank customers and initiate customer contact through appropriate front-line staff.
  • •Conduct Source of Wealth (SoW), Source of Fund (SoF), and transaction activity reviews where judgment is required.
  • •Manage periodic reviews (quarterly/annual) of highest-risk PEPs and refresh high-risk customers registers and tracking.
  • •Support BFCR CDD Lead Manager on CDD remediation projects and ensure compliance with regulatory and group policy requirements.
  • •Compile daily/monthly/weekly management reports and support incident management (recording, reporting, investigation, escalation), including monitoring deceased accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field.
  • •Over 3 years of working experience in the banking industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of customer KYC, identifying SCC/PEPs, and Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions.
  • •Analytical and lateral thinking, with the ability to connect information and make judgments.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
