Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist customers in a friendly, courteous manner and meet M&S Way customer service standards.
  • •Achieve sales targets using salesmanship, seasonal highlights, promotions, and attractive merchandise displays.
  • •Replenish stock efficiently, minimize loss of sales opportunities, and use product knowledge to drive sales.
  • •Administer accurate stock movements, perform delivery checks and stock transfers, and complete counts and documentation.
  • •Maintain health & safety standards and prevent pilferage or stock loss while reporting issues to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customers feel welcome and well served.
  • •Communicate effectively in English and provide service in line with the M&S Way.
  • •Use product knowledge to recommend products and support selling and styling recommendations.
  • •Work flexible rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • •Preferably have previous retail experience (preferably in fashion).
