Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and take responsibility for all business issues across the account site, including customer satisfaction, P&L, and budget management.
  • •Anticipate future customer needs and direct delivery of customer service commitments and solutions for high-value customer problems.
  • •Serve as the primary interface to the site account on all operational and service commitments; interface with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Ensure the site workforce has the requisite skills and capabilities to meet current and future customer service requirements.
  • •Define performance metrics and report progress against business unit and account-specific goals while supporting manager and employee development and satisfaction.
