Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of planning professionals supporting multiple programs with varying requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project based on customer scope and requirements.
  • •Maintain IMS throughout the program lifecycle by incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to keep contract schedule baselines current.
  • •Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements and integrates cost/schedule through resource loading.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of Program Planning/Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • •Experience using scheduling software to create and maintain industry schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • •Ability to work full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ, and meet U.S. citizenship and security clearance requirements.
