Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or initial vehicle inspections to identify imperfections or repairs needed during reconditioning.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers.
  • •Participate in training programs designed for entry-level technicians to support skills and pay progression.
  • •Help ensure vehicles are delivered in first-rate condition for customers.
  • •Work mandatory overtime when required based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use of safety equipment including face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
