Job Summary

Strategic HR leader partnering with executive finance and legal leadership to shape Snowflake’s G&A people strategy. You will drive org design, workforce planning, succession, performance, and leadership development; lead enterprise-wide initiatives such as organizational redesigns and leadership transitions; act as a change leader guiding executives through growth and transformation; and coach VP/SVP/C-level leaders while delivering data-driven insights to enable executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, partnering directly with the CFO, General Counsel and senior leaders to provide candid, data-driven counsel on people, organizational, and leadership decisions.
•Shape G&A people strategy by translating business priorities into an integrated plan across org design, workforce planning, succession, performance, and leadership development.
•Lead complex, high-impact initiatives such as organizational redesigns, leadership transitions, succession planning for critical roles, and retention strategies.
•Act as a change leader guiding executives and managers through periods of growth, transformation, and evolving business needs.
•Coach at the most senior levels (VP, SVP, C-level) to improve leadership effectiveness, decision-making, team dynamics, and organizational health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 189,000 - 247,800 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time spent supporting VP, SVP, and C-level leaders
•Demonstrated experience partnering directly with CFO, General Counsel or equivalent ELT leader
•Strong background supporting Finance, Legal or broader G&A organizations in technology environments
•Proven ability to operate at a staff-plus or principal level, influencing outcomes beyond a single client group
•Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to deliver crisp, persuasive, data-backed recommendations
