Director - Program Management - Healthcare Construction

Lead major healthcare construction programs end-to-end, serving as the primary client relationship executive and escalation point. Own preconstruction planning, contractual obligations, master scheduling, and integration of disciplines across the program lifecycle. Develop and execute program management plans, constructability and logistics/phasing strategies, and oversee design definition documents, change orders, and quality control frameworks. Ensure HSE compliance, progress reporting, risk management, and effective owner-rep staffing.
