Job Summary

Drive profitable sales revenue and increase operating income by expanding sales coverage, opening new accounts, and delivering total solutions to customers in assigned industries. Manage negotiations for tenders and contract terms, visit prospective customers to solicit orders, and maintain client accounts through accurate reporting. Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training, demonstrations, and after-sales support while coordinating with supply chain, sales support, and fulfillment teams.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve sales targets and generate profitable revenue and improved operating income by broadening coverage and establishing new accounts.
•Negotiate tender and contract terms, prepare sales contracts, and support order solicitation with prospective customers in assigned industries.
•Prepare sales reports, analyze cost and sales, and maintain and create client accounts through quotations and tracking.
•Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training, after-sales support, and prepare demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
•Attend trade shows and events and work closely with supply chain management, sales support, project engineers, and order fulfillment teams.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
•At least 3 years of sales experience selling industrial products.
•Ability to work independently with strong communication and presentation skills.
•Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and project financials.
•Possess own vehicle and have excellent written/verbal client service communication.
