•Lead and champion Sephora’s global social and influencer initiatives, including flagship creator programs, in partnership with U.S. and regional Social & Influencer teams.
•Serve as the U.S.-based design market, defining global frameworks while enabling local market adoption and execution.
•Partner with Global Brand Marketing and Integrated Marketing teams on social strategy, storytelling, and execution for key global campaigns.
•Support U.S. Influencer teams on global activations involving international markets and creators.
•Build and scale a global social governance, analytics, and reporting ecosystem to drive insights, learning, and best-practice sharing across markets.
