Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, covering planning through closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to define scope of work, delivery resource needs, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Run request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend project delivery resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance, ensuring project data integrity and coordinated, accurate documentation.
  • •Track project progress and variances, build action plans, and develop risk mitigation/contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of experience and education; 5–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • •Retail commercial real estate construction project management experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Smartsheet experience beneficial.
  • •General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, including ability to read architectural drawings.
