Lead and develop the NAM Order Management team to ensure accurate, timely order processing from intake to shipment, aligning with WHS policies and cross-functional partners. Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, optimize orderbook cleanliness, and implement process improvements and automation to boost on-time delivery and financial targets.
