Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain relationships with domestic electronic and mechanical component suppliers and monitor/improve quality performance.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for production on supplier quality issues; liaise with suppliers and R&D for new product development and engineering changes.
  • •Review supplier performance and drive continuous improvement projects.
  • •Analyze internal customer requirements and concerns and recommend effective solutions.
  • •Lead projects/feature changes and support supplier assessments, qualifications, and yearly audits (local and overseas); mentor engineers or technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree or 5 years of relevant technical experience, mechanical preferred.
  • •Previous experience in a customer or supplier-facing role.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • •Proficiency applying quality and problem-solving tools (8D, Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking) and root cause analysis.
  • •Willing to travel domestically.
