Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate and execute real estate investments across Asia for the Asia Living strategy while partnering with managing principals.
  • •Build and maintain a sourcing network to generate proprietary and intermediated opportunities.
  • •Lead deal screening and pipeline prioritisation to ensure opportunities meet strategy, return, and risk criteria.
  • •Deliver underwriting using financial modelling, valuation, sensitivities, and related analysis to support investment decisions.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence with internal teams and external providers, and drive post-investment value creation through business plans and reporting to exit.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of investment and asset management experience in real assets (ideally pan-Asia, living sector, property and operating company exposure).
  • •Strong knowledge of Asian real assets markets, particularly the living sector and relevant sub-segments.
  • •Proven track record structuring, executing, and managing investments from origination through exit.
  • •Advanced financial modelling/valuation skills with analytical judgement and attention to detail plus strategic oversight.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills to write and defend approval papers with senior stakeholders/investors.
