•Support and coach other Applied Scientists by sharing expertise in applied research.
•Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team with engineers, product owners, and applied scientists.

•At least 6 years of applied research experience in algorithm-related software development.
•Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art software engineering, especially microservice architecture and distributed systems for data processing (e.g., Spark, Databricks).
•Practical understanding of advanced algorithmic techniques (e.g., combinatorics, graph theory) and mathematical modeling (e.g., operations research, statistics, experimentation).
•Experience in machine learning approaches such as forecasting and Bayesian networks, and ability to collaborate in an agile cross-functional team.
