Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint for the ServiceNow platform
  • •Define reference architecture and custodianship of updated architecture diagrams for the platform
  • •Drive standardization and best-practice platform management and implement technical governance to optimize performance and minimize risk
  • •Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovations that drive value while guiding governance processes
  • •Collaborate with enterprise architecture and teams to migrate configurations across instances and ensure alignment with business strategy

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of ServiceNow experience; deep knowledge of workflows, tables, script, flow designer and integration hub
  • •Expert-level understanding of client-side and server-side scripting (business rules, script actions, script includes)
  • •Excellent communication and people skills with ability to work with diverse and remote teams
  • •Knowledge and experience of Infrastructure Operations and ServiceNow Integration with third-party systems
  • •Certified Technical Architects preferred; certifications CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM, HR, APM(EA) and ITIL framework understanding
