Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint for the ServiceNow platform
•Define reference architecture and custodianship of updated architecture diagrams for the platform
•Drive standardization and best-practice platform management and implement technical governance to optimize performance and minimize risk
•Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovations that drive value while guiding governance processes
•Collaborate with enterprise architecture and teams to migrate configurations across instances and ensure alignment with business strategy

Key Requirements

•10+ years of ServiceNow experience; deep knowledge of workflows, tables, script, flow designer and integration hub
•Expert-level understanding of client-side and server-side scripting (business rules, script actions, script includes)
•Excellent communication and people skills with ability to work with diverse and remote teams
•Knowledge and experience of Infrastructure Operations and ServiceNow Integration with third-party systems
•Certified Technical Architects preferred; certifications CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM, HR, APM(EA) and ITIL framework understanding
