Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the toolroom supply technician with receiving, storing, and issuing hand tools, dies, test kits, consumable supplies, special tools, and TMDE.
  • •Inspect and inventory kits and tools before issuing or returning items back to the tool room.
  • •Conduct periodic inventories of the tool room hand receipt.
  • •Issue and receive equipment and supplies using customer provided tracking software.
  • •Track scheduled maintenance and inspections of Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) in customer software programs and complete forms and records IAW service guidance and site policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • •Must possess or be able to obtain a secret clearance; interim secret required to start.
  • •Previous automotive/truck/aviation tool room experience desired.
  • •Must be able to pass a basic physical to operate ground support equipment and operate a vehicle on the flight line.
  • •Must have a driver’s license to be certified to operate customer equipment such as forklifts and GSA vehicles; must be able to lift 50 pounds.
